Working with Amanda at Across The Horizon Travel has been a true blessing for my wife and myself. We have used their services often for trips, especially those that have connecting hotels, rental cars and other services connected with the travel. One particular time while traveling in DC we were booked at a very well-known Hotel, known for good service, but when I arrived there were no rooms available. They asked me to wait for about 20-30 minutes but that 20-30 minutes turned into 2 hours. I called Amanda and within a very short period of time the desk contacted me, apologized for the delay and even offered me extra meal tickets and drink tickets at the bar. The hotel manager even personally called to my room to apologize.
