Welcome to Across the Horizon Travel. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

We provide travel consulting, planning, and booking services, including flights, hotels, excursions, and group travel packages.

2. Planning & Service Fees

All planning/personalization fees are non-refundable.
Additional supplier terms (airlines, hotels, cruise lines) may apply.

3. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate information (legal names, passport details, payment information).
Review all travel documents for accuracy upon receipt.
Comply with passport, visa, vaccination, and other entry requirements.

4. Payments & Cancellations

Deposits and final payments must be made by the specified deadlines.
Cancellation and change fees may apply per supplier policies.
Across the Horizon Travel charges a $100 cancellation processing fee for certain bookings.

5. Travel Risks

Clients acknowledge that travel involves risks, including delays, cancellations, and unforeseen circumstances. Across the Horizon Travel is not liable for acts of suppliers, government restrictions, weather, illness, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of service fees paid directly to Across the Horizon Travel. We are not responsible for supplier failures or third-party services.
